The anthropology and psychology experts who have run more than 50 hours of unfiltered conversations with 40 leading CEOs and transformation experts will outline 6 behavioural profiles of Senior Leaders - from Business purist to Legacy builder - allowing internal & external advisors to better adjust to CEOs diverse mental frames.

They have competencies, ideas, and skills to contribute in solving social problems and they need to be increasingly represented, seen, and heard by public authorities, companies, and society in general.
We are bringing together young changemakers, an EU commissioner working on youth and a private company representative to discuss, explore and challenge the role of young people today.
