Covid Restrictions
How will the summit take the necessary precautions against covid?
- Access to OGR is permitted only to those who hold one of the COVID-19 green certifications referred to in Article 9, paragraph 2, of Decree-Law no. 52 of 22 April 2021, as supplemented by Article 14 of Decree-Law no. 65 of 18 May 2021.
- In order to ensure the safety of our community, we strongly recommend that all participants take a negative PCR swab or antigen test 36 hours before the event.
- Access to the OGR is subject to temperature measurement using a thermoscanner. If the temperature measured at the time of registration is higher than 37.5°C, access will not be permitted.
- Access to the OGR is not allowed for anyone who has had close contact with Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days.
- It is compulsory for people present in OGR to take all hygienic precautions.
- Surgical masks or FFP2 half-masks must be worn and used.
- It is mandatory to maintain an inter-personal safety distance of 1 meter and to wear a mask in indoor areas and where it is not possible to maintain a distance of 1 meter outdoors.
- It is mandatory to avoid gatherings. Hugging, kissing, backslapping and handshaking must be avoided. Social and human relationships must be very well controlled.
- The diligence of all those present in the practice of hand washing and subsequent disinfection during the event will be fundamental. All those present must remain in their assigned seats and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter between people, while wearing a mask.
- We recommend all attendees download the COVID-19 tracker app Immuni.
Can I cancel my ticket due to a Covid emergency?
Yes, you can reach out any time before November the 22nd to cancel your ticket and get a reimbursement.
Online Event Platform
When will I be able to join the online platform?
First, you will need to have a ticket for "engaging with attendees online". You need to be invited to this part of the event, if not you can follow the sessions online at https://acms.ashoka.org/live
You will receive an automated email as soon as you register to acces the online summit´s platform
How do I register for a specific session?
First, you will need to have a ticket for "engaging with attendees online".
After logging in to the platform, go to the "Agenda" tab. There, you will be able to filter the session by "types" and "themes" on the left corner. To register to a specific session select the symbol on the left corner of the session to register to it.
How do I network online?
First, you will need to have a ticket for "engaging with attendees online".
After logging in to the platform, go to the "Attendees" tab. There, you will be able to filter the attendees by "country", "affiliation with Ashoka", "themes" and "engagement". And, connect with them.
Online Tickets
I got a ticket for "accessing content online" and I want to change for "engaging with attendees online", what should I do?
Reach out to your Ashoka contact to share the code with you and register again selecting the "Engaging with attendees online" option.
In-person Tickets
Who can access the in-person summit in Turin on December the 2nd?
Priority to the in-person event will be given to people residing in Italy.
I reside in Italy, where can I purchase my ticket to come to the in-person event?
We are currently building the agenda and the registration process. You will be able to get your ticket by October 15 in this same page.
I am still not sure if I will be able to go to the in-person event in Italy, what should I do?
If you are still not sure, you can register to the online part of the summit now, and change your ticket when, you are sure.
Can I cancel my ticket due to a Covid emergency?

When is the deadline for me to register for the Summit?
We recommend you register as early as possible as places are limited.
How can I sign up for in-person sessions?
Once you get your ticket you will be able to sign-up for the sessions of your choice in Swapcard, the event online platform.
Will the in-person sessions be broadcast online?
Yes. The plenary session happening at the auditorium of the in-person Summit will be recorded and streamed.
Will in-presence sessions be entirely in English?
Some sessions will be in English while others in Italian. Take a look at the agenda to find out more on the language of each session.

Access Code
I have not yet received a code to register, what should I do?
Reach out to your Ashoka contact and ask for the code.
Who can I share my code with?
The code is personal and untransferable with only one exception. If you are an Ashoka Fellow, you can share the code with another member of your organization to attend the summit with you.
